ChicagoMusic.org is currently being developed as an interactive multimedia web and mobile platform showcasing live music performances in Chicago. The site will be populated with extensive listings of events, venues, and local artists, as well as video and audio recordings of local performances, reviews, previews, and feature articles and blogs.

The goal of ChicagoMusic.org is to further promote Chicago as a world class music city by increasing the visibility and patronage of live music in Chicago's downtown and beyond, into the neighborhoods, thus fueling the economic sustainability of live music and the surrounding economies.

We're interested in contributions from local musicians, music-writers, and live-music lovers:

Venue Owners/Concert Presenters, tell us about your venue and the events you have coming up. Please add events@chicagomusic.org to your email list and if you have an RSS/API, let us know.

Writers/Bloggers/Live-Music Lovers

• If you have an article or blog post that you've published, please share it with us. We're interested in linking to/embedding previously published content that is interesting and relevant to Chicago Music.
